Tungsten Oxide Powder
Tungsten oxide include WO3, WO2.90, WO2.72, mainly used as raw materials for the production of tungsten powder, also can be used to produce dyes and catalysts.
Tungsten Oxides
Tungsten oxides, including WO₃, WO₂.₉₀, and WO₂.₇₂, are primarily used as raw materials for tungsten powder production and also find applications in dye manufacturing and catalyst synthesis.
Yellow Tungsten Oxide (WO₃)
Yellow tungsten oxide appears as a light yellow crystalline powder with uniform color and is free of visually detectable inclusions or agglomerates.
Standard Grade:
- Particle Size
- Fisher Particle Size: 15–24 μm (or as agreed between supplier and customer).
- All particles pass through a 180 μm (80 mesh) sieve.
- Apparent Density
- Apparent Density: 2.50–3.00 g/cm³ (or as negotiated between parties).
Ultrafine Grade:
- Particle Size
- Fisher Particle Size: 2–8 μm.
- Apparent Density
- Apparent Density: ≤2.0 g/cm³ (or as agreed between supplier and customer).
Blue Tungsten Oxide (WO₂.₉₀)
Blue tungsten oxide appears as a dark blue or blue-black crystalline powder with uniform color and is free of visually detectable inclusions or agglomerates.
- Phase Composition:
- WO₂.₇₂ content in phase structure: ≤5%.
- Particle Size:
- Fisher Particle Size: 12–20 μm (or as agreed between supplier and customer).
- All particles pass through a 180 μm (80 mesh) sieve.
