Molten Alloy powder
Infiltration alloy powder products are mainly used to penetrate the workpiece surface forward and other erosion resistant, wear-resistant and impact resistant penetration bit products, sand core transfer, PDC drill pipe, etc.
The matrix material is primarily composed of one or several types of cast tungsten carbide, coarse-grained tungsten carbide, or tungsten carbide powder, combined with fusible metals. By adjusting the composition and particle size of the hard phase, the binder metal composition, and the sintering process, infiltrated matrix components with varying hardness and wear resistance can be tailored to meet the demands of different geological formations and working conditions. These components are mainly used for surface embedding in oil exploration or mining, matrix bit manufacturing (e.g., PDC bits), and other infiltrated components.
