Tungsten Carbide Composite Brazing Rods
Tungsten carbide composite brazing rods are manufactured using premium, clean, WC-Co particles. The quality of WC-Co particles allows excellent wetting of the tungsten carbide particles during deposition, thereby virtually eliminating “ burnt” carbides and premature breakdown of the deposit. According to different working conditions, both sharp edged and blunt edged carbide are used. The former is suitable for cutting working condition, while the latter is for the mill working condition, mainly applied in the down-hole milling and fishing tools, centralizer.

Applications:
Designed for cutting or grinding operations using sharp-edged tungsten carbide (for cutting) or blunt-edged tungsten carbide (for grinding). Primarily used in downhole grinding tools and centralizers for oil and gas well operations.
Technical Features:
- Sharp tungsten carbide or crushed carbide particles offer exceptional wear resistance and cutting/grinding performance.
- Optimized for high-stress abrasive environments with enhanced durability.
Hardfacing Technology:
By applying specialized surface treatments and processing, this technology significantly improves wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance of components. It extends service life, enables cost-effective repairs, and is a critical solution for enhancing the longevity of industrial equipment.
